John, Dad just told me what happened and I am so deeply sorry for you and your family. Please know that you are in my prayers, such as they are. Your poem has strong iambic pentameter tendencies and the air of a sonnet. Maybe it wants to be one. Sometimes a formal approach helps. It's also fine just the way it is. I'm so sorry and send you a hug from Atlanta.

Go to www.register.com You can do it yourself (which I did for the first five years), or have them design it with your input (the current incarnation which you like so much -- and I do, too).

Hi John! I've had experience of this the other way round - when I've ghosted I've been pretending to be a man. No one has ever unmasked me, or suggested in reviews that the writer was not in possession of a Y chromasome. In most fiction the gender of the narrator is low down the list of story concerns anyway. Nice to meet a fellow literary cross-dresser.

I've discovered that this is the best way for me to get my story out as well. I've tried writing my life experiences (not story...b/c hey, I'm far from done living it) and have found it extremely difficult to relive many of them. But....when you put it in a fictionalized version, suddenly it becomes cake. The characters can say and do all the things I wished I'd done or said. You can be just who you've always wanted to be in fiction....yay!

Woah! I'm really enjoying the template/theme of this blog. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's very hard to get that "perfect balance" between user friendliness and visual appeal. I must say that you've done a fantastic job with this. Additionally, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Chrome. Exceptional Blog!
